1.Ravioli 意大利饺(ravioli或tortellini,港称意大利云吞)是一种传统的意大利面食,以面皮做成袋状,然后将肉类或蔬菜包起,再放入热水中煮。据说意大利饺的来源是中国的饺子, 但是确实的来源则不可考。
2.Chutney 是一种源自印度、后来在英国发扬光大的酱料,通常以洋葱、大蒜、香料与蔬果制成,概念上很像果酱,但主要常搭配面包、马铃薯泥与起司等在正餐中食用,和鹅肝酱也十分速配。Yilan自己在冰箱里便经常会准备几味Chutney酱,懒得做菜时取一点来配上烤好的面包一起吃,轻轻松松就是美味一餐。
3.Puy lentils 这种法国扁豆形状变化多端,在同类中品质最好,深受人们重视。烹调后依旧能保有形状。
